What utilities are included with rent?

At Rise on Chauncey, your rent includes a fully-furnished apartment home and exclusive access to all community amenities.  Water, sewer, and trash are also included. Electricity is billed to each resident separately but set up by Rise, so you don’t have to worry about dealing with a 3rd party electric company.

Do apartments come furnished?

Yes! Apartments come fully-furnished with the latest and greatest furniture and finishes. Each room is designed by experts who know what’s most important to students of Purdue. Take a look at our amenities page to see what comes included in each room!

Does Rise allow pets?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Rise.

Does Rise allow guests?

Absolutely! We love to having your friends and family come visit Rise on Chauncey. In the interest of safety for all our residents, we simply ask that guests be checked in with our friendly front desk staff before entering our community. We use the Butterfly MX video intercom system at Rise so that you can answer your doorbell from your smart phone.

Is there parking at Rise?

Rise offers secure, covered parking options to our residents. However, spaces are limited and filling up quickly. Feel free to contact our leasing office for pricing and availability.

What kind of apartments are available at Rise?

All of the distinctive floor plans available at Rise are listed here. Choose from a curated selection of studios through four-bedroom units with the option to upgrade to penthouse suites featuring SMART TVs and a sound bar in the living room, Bluetooth shower heads, TVs in each bedroom, under-cabinet kitchen lighting, and exclusive Penthouse lounge access.

What kind of security is available?

Rise on Chauncey has a state-of-the-art security system. Our entrances are guarded by electronic key-card access. We have video cameras recording our community spaces and entrances at all times. All guests must be checked in at our front desk before entering. After hours, simply use your phone to virtually buzz in your approved guests.

What amenities are available?

Rise on Chauncey is home to the latest and greatest amenities available in any West Lafayette apartment community. From our rooftop pool to our four outdoor courtyards, there’s no shortage of spaces for leisure and socializing. When it’s time to get down to business, there’s our study spaces—both group and private. We also have a fitness studio with Fitness on Demand, cardio equipment & free weights. Who can access the amenities?

Only residents and their approved guests can access the amenities at Rise on Chauncey. One of the greatest perks of life at Rise is the exclusive access to the amazing amenities.

What is an individual lease?

In most conventional apartments, all of the roommates sign one common lease and are responsible for giving their landlord one payment for the entirety of the rent. With an individual lease, each resident signs his or her own lease and is thereby only responsible for his or her own rent.

Will I need a cosigner for my lease?

At Rise on Chauncey, we don’t require cosigners. Only the resident is required to sign the lease. However, to ensure the timely payment of rent, we do require our residents to have a guarantor.

What’s a guarantor?

A guarantor is just a financially responsible third party who can help ensure that rent payments are made in full and on time. Usually this is a parent or guardian of the resident.

How do I apply?

Applications can be found online here. They only take about 15 minutes and are simple to complete. If you need any assistance during your application process, feel free to reach out to our leasing office with any questions.

Where does my mail go?

Each apartment will have their own mailbox at Rise. When a delivery is too large to fit in your mailbox, we will keep your package in the leasing office, where it will be safe and sound.

Where do I pay rent?

You can pay rent online in our Resident Portal.You may choose to pay your rent manually each month or set up automatic payments. For assistance paying rent, please reach out to our leasing office. We’re always happy to help!
